Draw My Face!

I've posted a new page on my site, a gallery of caricatures of yours truly, by some of my fellow artists from various caricature forums. I've also posted some photos, so if you want to have a try yourself, go ahead, I'll put your picture on the page!

Lost 2 - Hurley

Caricature drawing of Hurley from Lost, Jorge Garcia
I got a request for Hurley, so here he is. I'm having trouble exaggerating recently, this is just a portrait of Hurley with a slightly larger face, can't really be called a caricature. Oh well, try harder next time. So who's next? You decide (or I will)

Lost 1 - John Locke

Caricature drawing of John Locke from Lost, Terry O'Quinn
Here's the first of what I intend to be a full series of Lost characters. John Locke, the hunter. Everyone loved him in season 1, but now he seems to be becoming increasingly crazy and annoying (though not quite as annoying as Jack!)

This is just a quick sketch, and not much of a caricature. I might try this one again later with a bit more exaggeration.

Let me know which character you'd like to see next.

Steve Irwin - Crocodile Hunter

Caricature drawing of crocodile hunter, Steve IrwinSome people are living breathing caricatures, and Steve Irwin is a great example! I loved his TV shows, watching him risk his life for the sake of entertainment. I never saw his movie, heard it sucked though!

This caricature was drawn in around 1999 I think. I was starting to draw more elaborate bodies instead of just focusing on the head.

These days I can't see Steve Irwin without thinking of the South Park episode where they parody him - "Here's a croccy, I'll just stick my thumb up his b*tthole, that'll really p*ss him off!!"
